Wholesale Terms

Please carefully read the following terms before making your wholesale orders.

1. All orders are prepaid and payable only by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card.
2. All orders are shipped within 1 business day of order receipt.  Orders can be made on our website, https://MarisaDamico.com (fastest), by calling (714) 914-2142 for Marisa. 
3. Shipping charge is calculated during order processing and will be emailed to customers in an order confirmation email.  UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS are used as methods of shipment.
4. All shipment of orders has to be signed for.  Please make sure that there is an adult at your office or shipping address to receive and sign for the shipment.
5. Orders are returnable within 30 days from delivery date.  Returned items must be new and unopened.  Please email returns@marisadamico.com to receive a return authorization number and return instructions.
6. On receipt of order/s, kindly inspect the shipping box/es and products to ensure that there are no damaged items.  All defective or damaged claims for products must be made within 10 days of receipt and product/s received at our warehouse within 30 days of original shipment date.  For the fastest processing, please email your claim using the downloadable claim form at MarisaDamico.com and fax or email to damicodesignstudio@gmail.com.  Please describe any damages in detail and send photos along with the claim form.  You will be contacted once your claim is processed.  Please allow 7 to 10 business days for claim processing.  If you are shipping to a location that is other than your usual receiving address such as a hotel, you assume all risk if the shipment is signed for and you cannot locate boxes.  No claim can be authorized for unlocated shipment that has been signed for.
7. Customers are not permitted to resell our products on any online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.  Selling on customers' own websites and social media platforms is permitted.  A breach of agreement will result in termination of all future orders.
8. We do not drop ship orders.
9. We reserve the right to increase the price/s of our product/s at any time due to the increased costs of importing products, increased import duties, increased factory costs, etc.
